I’ve had a great experience at Sawbuck, and a huge part of that is the amazing staff—especially Myisha. She is incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely goes above and beyond to support residents. From the leasing process to everyday questions, she makes everything smooth and welcoming.
The building is also very well maintained, and the amenities make living here comfortable and convenient.

The building is beautiful, the staff are friendly and professional, and the location is great. The floorplans are well thought out and the price is reasonable. I would say this community is great for folks who don't own a vehicle as this location isn't part of any parking zones and the parking garage is a matrix system which malfunctions often.

Off to worse start than we were expecting due to the issue with the keys and constant pet waste in the communication areas, but we do not regret our choice and hope these issues are expediently resolved.

1) Soundproofing: 4 stars
Occasionally, the sound of neighbors’ washing machines, moving furniture, or playing with their dog can be heard.
2) Safety: 3.5 stars
There have been several incidents of bicycle and delivery thefts.
3) Parking and loading zone: 2 stars
Garage doors frequently break, and the unloading zone is often occupied by vehicles that stay for over 30 minutes.

Thank you for the honest feedback, we appreciate it as it helps us improve the operations and experience. In 2025 we are switching garage vendors which should speed up the response process if there are issues- we are counting the days... here! The Loading Zone Signage is being adjusted (if not already) hopefully this will assist with the rotation. In terms of the first two items, if it would not be too much for you to contact our office we can better assist.
