We're so sorry to see that there has been confusion regarding our leasing special. It is never our intention to be misleading and we'd love to share some details on how our specials are structured. As is written in all of our promotions, there are... some potential restrictions to our specials, such as an applicable term, expiration date, advertising 'up to' the maximum savings, or the special only being applied to select apartments and not all apartments. If a special is not offered on any apartments, we're prompt to update our information to represent the most savings to our future residents. We're sorry to hear that the special was not applied to the apartment of your choosing and we hope we can turn things around!
