Beautiful, Quiet Building
Live here if you love a quiet, old-world building are don't need all the modern amenities (like a dishwasher). It has so many beautiful 1920s details, including hardwood floors, picture rail molding, subway tile in the bathrooms, gas stoves, and many of the apartments have porches or balconies. The maintenance team is responsive and willing to help out with even the smallest details.
And then, of course, there's the walkability. I can get anywhere I want on the west side with just a short walk... . The Fordham is the best!
