I can't imagine leaving The Payton if I was staying in the Portland area. This has become my favorite apartment I've had in the 15 years of my Portland experience.

And it isn't even close.

The consistency of quality service is in my opinion what makes everything work so well here from a renter's perspective.

I recently moved into The Payton and the experience so far has been fantastic. The management team is friendly, responsive and professional. The building itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and feels very secure. I am very happy with my decision to move into The Payton and only regret not doing so sooner!

We love living at The Payton. Our unit is very moder, comfortable. Huge windows provide great views and absolute abundance of natural light. Management and maintenance are wonderful and there's a sense of community with many tenants becoming good friends. Also, it is in a good location with easy access to important places on foot. Public transportation is also very close.
