Warnell Apartments!

Horrible place dont move there. The manager rents to unemployed meth heads. I had this guy above me yelling and screaming 24 7 since he didn't have a job. It smelled of burnt plastic, often high he would yell about how people around the place owed him money. He tried to accuse me of not paying him. At night 12am-4am move his furniture back and forth while taking breaks for guitar. Told management they did nothing, said I should "talk to the guy". When I moved out they sent the move out papers... somewhere random. Never called, or emailed. 1 year later a collections company calls about unpaid rent and fees. They take me to court and garnish my wages, said I owed them two months rent and hidden fees. I also got to find out a few months later that they left the electricity on in my name and ran up a 600 dollar bill. Don't move here unless you are really desperate, I'd prefer the streets to this personally.
