lived here 3.5 years, rent at premium & living conditions have lowered
Would not return to live at Waverly gardens & would not recommend it to anyone! In the 3.5 years of living there rent was increased to premium prices while living conditions dropped. Very understaffed, very frustrating to conduct business with due to under staffing. Run down units, have lowered their standards for new renters coming onsite which is bringing in lower quality renters & crime, garbage, junk vehicles are all on the rise at Waverly gardens!
