Nice place

Stayed there for almost 3 years. Nice place to stay with easy access and great schools. Had an hick up on the final settlement.But It was resolved by the property management team. Enjoy the stay here

So far very poor experience

It's 3 months since we moved here and it's been absolutely horrible experience so far.
1. Elevators always smell like someone had been smoking inside. This has been brought to the management's notice several times and nothing has been done so far.
2. Very poor quality and cheap materials used for construction. You can try peeling the doors/ walls and see cardboard box like materials peeling off.
3. Poor quality of carpets. The carpet strands have been peeling off easily.
4. People treat the... garage like a playing area. I have seen kids learning to ride bicycles and bumping into random cars.

It is our priority to ensure every resident has a wonderful... living experience at West Parc and we know the COVID pandemic has resulted in a lot more noise and the garage being used to ride bicycles. We have given notice to all found breaking the rules of the garage and we hope the issue has resolved. We appreciate having you as a resident and always welcome feedback!
