Old and getting older.....

IPM management running the place is horrible. They do nothing when issues arrive. They want the $$$ and thats it. Parking lot falling apart. Carports that leak so bad they might as well remove them. Laundry appliances that work one week then not the next. Parking can be a nightmare with some cars that are parked and haven't moved in months. Tenants do what they want as mgmt says it has to continue for 72 hours before they can do anything. A dump getting dumpier. Cant wait till lease ends this… summer and can get out!!
