YOU DON’T MATTER AT ACERO

Acero Apartments are a gross example of corporate deception that will sell you a vision of warmth, care, and community but in reality, this complex does not care about you. They have staff that are untrained, they have Managment that communicate poorly and easily brushed off concerns, and they have no care to be transparent of cost, charges, and fees associated with your lease. They don’t want you, they want your money. If you are someone like me that works hard everyday single day for your… paycheck so you can go to a place that is relaxing and feels like home….. I beg you to please take your hard earned money and find ANY place than Acero.

Only as good as your neighbors make it

We’ve been living here for three years now and we literally just signed a renewal and WE REGRET IT.
We had been extremely lucky ending up with quiet downstairs neighbors, but now….. we have the loudest and rudest people living below us who NEVER sleep. I don’t care about noise during the day time but the people below us now will stomp around, slam cabinets and talk really loudly to the point I can hear exactly what they are saying ALL night. It’s a nightmare and I wish I never singed a renewal.

Nice apartments, expect to smell smoke

The lease indicates non-smoking property as does their advertising, but we didn't get that. We had 2 units below us that smoked daily. I took in more second hand smoke in that apartment than when I worked in a bar forever ago. The units are nice and well maintained I just hated all the smoke. When I complained to management, they wanted me to bring them pictures of my neighbors smoking inside their apartments before they would do anything.

Great staff & floor plan

I moved in about 6 days ago. I waa transitioning from a house of 12 years to an apartment and wasn't sure what to expect. The staff has been very helpful and responsive to all my questions, the apartment is already feeling like home and the floor plan isn't your standard square box with no angles. And my view over the park is awesome :)
