I've lived here for 3 years and this place is terrible. Mold hidden everywhere and bathrooms are in such poor condition, pipes kept me awake for months and they actively did nothing about it. So bad it had to change property management several times and none of them cared about this place, not even the owners of this place cares. I had a squirrel living in my wall for over two months and they did nothing about it.

Run away, fast!
If living somewhere that treats you right, and cares about the health and comfort of its tenants is what your looking for...this is not the place for you. If you don't mind breathing raw sewage because your apartment flooded, you'll love it here!

Nice, friendly, and well located apartments
Brooktree apartments are in south Salem, walking distance near plenty of great places like the discount theatre, WinCo, and your choice of banking. Their located right behind McDonalds, if you enjoy eating there, and that makes them easy to find and explain their spot! Rent is really affordable, and whenever there's a maintenance problem, it gets resolved within a week. The only downside is that there are often sirens that can be heard at all hours, but after a few months you get used to it. I... would recommend these apartments to friends and family!

Bad.
Manager Sabrina is very hard to work with. Apartments look trashy inside for how much you pay. And there's not a pool, which they are falsely advertising.
