Iv lived here over 4 years now and I must say that some of the reviews I just read seem very dishonest and definitely not an accurate reflection of the overall experience of living here. Yes, things have improved allot and are still improving. Maintenance is much better now and I have no issues with that at all anymore. The downside is the treatment of tenants by the management. At times it is disgraceful. Other times ok. It costs less to live here as opposed to other apartments in the general... area but for good reason. Most people who can afford to move will usually do so before one year. I’ve known some who don’t even stay one hole month. As soon as I am able to move I will do it as fast as possible. Read More

I like the new management company. When they repaved the parking lots the game us numbered spots. Definitely makes cooking home easier knowing I don't have to try to find a spot. They also took care of my maintenance request within 24 hours. This place is turning around for the better!

The new management company is AMAZING! They've been cleaning and improving things since they started and I couldn't be happier being here! They are definitely working hard to make this a family friendly community. Everyone I've met here so far has gone out of their way to make sure I'm happy with where I'm at. If you're looking for something affordable in South Salem I highly recommend them!

these apartments are awful. management is rude, maintenance doesn't ever come when requested. I've been waiting over a month for numerous things in my apartment to be fixed (leaking toilet, front door handle that was broke, I was locked out of my own place at 5am with a baby because of it, mold in bathroom and bedrooms, broken bathroom fan, etc) not to mention the nosy neighbors.
