DO NOT RENT
HORRIBLE experience , constantly threatening rent is not paid even upon providing proper documentation proving bills have been paid. Poor communication , pick and choose who they tell info about corporate stating they have no number or corporate office when asked to speak with someone higher. Other residents have had to provide corporate info to me due to office refusing to provide that. Terrible place to live at. Leasing office sets rules for tenants and then violates the "policy" themselves... such as "no reverse parking" however leasing agents have trucks backed in all day. Multiple residents have complained , fire almost starting in a unit due to their dryer malfunction and all "corporate" could email back was " how big is the fire" after reporting to the bureau resident had a new dryer replaced instantly.
