Application & Deposits:
- $65 application fee per adult
- Security deposit: $500 or equal to one month’s rent (based on application approval)

Pet Policy:
- One dog (max 25 lbs) allowed per household, cats not allowed

Beautiful Community and Home

This brand new neighborhood is so beautiful and quiet. You get the country feel yet you’re only minutes away from shopping. Megan and Anna made the move-in process so simple and have been beyond friendly the entire time. I would highly recommend!

Love love love it here

We absolutely love living here! The community is wonderful, and everyone we've met has been so kind, caring, and welcoming. The property is beautiful and well-kept, and it truly feels like home.
One of our favorite things is enjoying the sunshine during the day and the breathtaking sunsets in the evening. The views are absolutely gorgeous and make every day feel a little more special.
This is such a peaceful and lovely place to live. We are so grateful to call it home, and honestly, once you're… here, you'll never want to leave!

Nice and New

The apartments are new and fresh. I do love the color tones and vaulted ceiling. I enjoy the scenery in the area. Staff are always great to work with, they have taken the time to listen and address any questions I’ve had. My kids and I have settled nicely.
