Nice staff and sparkling pool

The manager truly wants to see you get an apartment there and they are absolutely affordable and beautiful units :) the pool is sparkling and the maintenance on it is out of this world! They take great care of the grounds and all the maintenance requests are taken care of promptly! Great for families and single people

Nice place with helpful staff

I’ve been here about six months now and overall it’s been a good experience. The staff has been helpful whenever I’ve needed something. Traci in the office answered all my questions when I first moved in. Maintenance was quick too, I put in a request and they came the same day. I also notice the cleaning lady is always out keeping things clean which I appreciate. It’s also very close to downtown Salem, which is really convenient. My favorite part is the pool, I always look forward to when it… opens. Overall I’m very happy to be here.

Great place to live

I live in an apartment that overlooks a beautiful pine tree. It makes me so happy. These apartments have gone through a major overhaul. New management, new on-site managers, full time on-site maintenance personnel and full time housekeepers keeping the property clean and attractive. Employees respond to every phone call, every email and the office door is always open! It’s a new day! There are a lot of units being “turned” with new flooring and appliances. The laundry rooms are kept… spotless and smell like lavender. Plenty of parking for everyone. And security patrols through the night 24/7. The new on-site managers are excellent! Pets are allowed. These vintage units are quaint, charming and one is my home. I love it here. The pool has been remodeled and will open soon. I will be the first one there. It feels great after work. Join our happy family like community.

Fantastic place to live

I have been here a very long time.Wish there was a way to give 10 stars.Willamette Terrace apts are the best.My apt is so comfy and quiet I have amazing neighbors and the staff here go above and beyond to help and get things done in a timely manner .If your looking for a great place go live come check out Willamette terrace apts
