I really do like these townhouses! The management is awesome they fix everything that goes wrong! I just had an electrical problem at 7pm at night and the manager josh drove back around all the way to salem from half way to portland where he lives to come help and save the day.

Josh is such a great landlord. He is very respectful and knowledgeable. He will answer all your questions. The new management has done a great job with updating the complex. I love that pets are accepted here!

I feel this is a pretty nice complex, price compared to other properties is more affordable, my landlord is very respectfull, knowledgeable of his buisnesss, and resolves issues in apartments in a timely manner
