This cozy apartment community is tucked away from the main street and is surrounded by an abundance of trees and beautiful landscaping.


Rockwood Park is located in the 3600 block of... Lancaster Drive NE, across from Chemeketa Community College and is comprised of a variety of floor plans including 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment homes (700 sq. ft.), 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment homes (725 sq. ft.), 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath townhomes (950 sq. ft.) and 2 bedrooms, 1 bath duplex homes that include a garage (800 sq. ft.). Our community has a swimming pool, ample assigned and visitor parking, and six on-site laundry rooms. A Cherriots bus stop is at the entrance to the property.

BLACK MOLD

Warning, some apartments have black mold. Even the windows do not lock and they expect you to keep a stick in the window sill to keep them closed. No screens. False advertisement of water, sewer, and garbage being included. You will have to pay 58 dollars a month for these recurring charges. No pool, sorry everyone. It looks good and after being informed the pool will be open as long as the weather permits. Its closed down in July and for the rest of the summer. Apartment was not even cleaned... properly. Old worn out electrical covers that look about 15 years old. They do not want to fix or replace anything in the apartments. Beware of renting from this company.
