Small & Quiet
Older apartments that lack a lot of amenities. No air conditioning, ceiling fans or vent fans in the bathroom. Not many electrical outlets and a very small kitchen.
On the plus side, the neighborhood is quite. The management is unobtrusive, but quick to fix a problem if one comes up. The property is well maintained and pretty. Two laundry rooms on-site make laundry easy.
