Super Cute Units!

These are probably the nicest apartments that I have seen in Scapoose - especially for the price. There are really not many options in the area so this has been a big step up for this location...would definitely recommend!

Ugliest unkept apartments.

These apartments are a disgrace to the community of Scappoose. They are brand new and never maintained. I bet city hall is regretting their decision of allowing these to go in. They are so poorly built and they don't maintain the property. There is no longer grass, it's all weeds. The plants are over grown and blocking the entrance to people's doors. Cheap, ugly, overpriced dump.

Prior Tenant

This was the worst ran apartment complex I have ever live in. Besides, not keeping up the propert, having adequate trash disposal they charge for on top of rent. The property is trashy and horrible tenants with no regards to other people privacy or noise control. The apartments were never finished and they charge for multiple extras so they take up your entire rental deposit with numberous things that are not on your lease. It was a horrible six months and a horrible unkept property. I can… honestly say a disgrace to the neighbors who's homes broader this property. It's sad a place like this can come into Scappoose. I am guessing that's why all there original renters have moved out.
