    Calm and Serene Living-Love living here!!

    The 72nd has been my home for over 3 years. It's an oasis of calm and quiet. I'm most impressed with Rich, the owner/manager who lives on-site. He and his team are willing to go above and beyond night or day.
    Whether you need a studio, 1, 2, or 3-bedroom home, the 72nd is the place to call home. There's assigned parking-or choose secure garage parking with an EV station. Enjoy a spacious, inviting top-floor gym, hot tub, and Bar-B-Que area, along with an enclosed cozy entertainment area for    … entertaining your guests.
    This area in the Tigard Triangle is convenient to several grocery stores, I-5, 217, and Highway 99W, with easy access no matter which direction you desire to go.
