The Hudson by Trion Living Apartments

I am moving in next week, I'm from out of town. Moving from a different city can be a challenge, Melissa and Courtney have been so patient with me, as I'm kinda picky. They worked things out for me to get the perfect home!
Yes sometimes it was hard to get in touch with office, but I get that. The property is large, and they are responsible for more than 1 property. So they are doing the best they can I have no issues with being patient with them! Sometimes it's hard to find good people who... want to do a good job! I believe these 2 are working hard to change the messes they were left with.

We have been living here for a little over a year and it’s been by far the worst experience. The amount of managers that have gone through this place is wild. You can never get a hold of someone in the office, maintenance takes a long time and hardly knows what they are doing. They have made our issues worse to where they have to hire actual companies to come fix the issues the units have. The amount of lies the managers have said of things being done when we have proof of things not being done... has been highly frustrating. We have been making reports to fair housing along with taken some legal action as well. Hope to save some the trouble of a terrible apartment complex. The property grounds are run down, not cared for and a huge safety hazard. Cracks and warped sidewalks and stairs. The buildings are crumbling and falling apart. The office staff is does not care about helping or resolving any issues. Every single person I had contact with in the office had a really bad attitude and acted like I was inconveniencing them to do their job. Their communication to the community is extremely poor. Our entire building had the water turned off for a month and the plumbers couldn't even tell us what was leaking.

Two units burned down recently because of the old wiring and nothing has been done except to remove visitors parking spots so the next time it happens the fire truck has a place to park.

The mailbox has been broken for two months and despite multiple calls to management, they've not done anything. Even after the post office confirmed it was the responsibility of the complex to... repair or replace the mailbox, nothing has been done. This has forced half of the residents to go to the post office to the get our mail since it cannot be delivered. Yet somehow rent is going up?

If you like paying high rent to live in a crumbling building, in an unmanaged complex, next to a busy highway then you're home! Otherwise, please stay away from here. Read More

If you're nosy and want to be able to hear your neighbors every word then you should live here. I live on the top floor and I can still hear every word and every sound of the people around me. They might as well be my room mates because I hear it all. I've lived in apartments all of my adult life and never once have I had to go out of my way to try to drown out normal day to day noise. Even at night I cant have peace because I can hear my neighbors snoring ! The sound insulation here can not be... up to standard. Read More
