Excellent tour and welcoming experience at the Overland

Shelby gave me a wonderful tour of the Overland and made the whole process easy and comfortable. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all the details about the apartments and amenities. The building itself is modern, clean, and well maintained, with great features that really stand out. Shelby’s friendly approach and attention to detail made a strong impression and gave me confidence in the community.

Amazing Amenities with a secret Speakeasy Wine Cellar

Went for a tour with Makaila and I can’t say enough great things about this place! She was so kind, answered all of my questions, and showed me some of the most awesome units. The hidden wine cellar is truly one of the coolest features! I can’t wait to move in.

stolen packages

Packages are being stolen in the mail room, people know who it is and the complex isn’t doing anything. There are cameras all over the property EXCEPT the mail room. Key access does nothing if our own neighbors are screwing us over. Not to mention all the common area fees we pay

Disappointing

Premium rents but the amenities are sub-par. Rents keep going up each year for existing tenants but new tenants have been moving in to larger apartments at lower rents. Lots of amenities previously promised haven’t shown up yet.
