Five Years Here.
The worst part of these apartments is the management. I've lived there for five years and had at least five different managers, most of whom have been fellow residents who have little to no formal training. (I had a manager lose my rent payment for a few days.) There is no office, so you'll be going to whichever apartment belongs to whomever is the manager at the time. I find this to be highly unprofessional, and the high turn over speaks to a negative environment between the managers and the... property owners. Not a good place at all.
