Did my application get lost

I went I saw the apartment I spoke with the lady who showed me the apartment she told me to fill out the application online she gave me the link she said that she would probably get back to me that very same day or the next day after I filled out my application it's been going on a week and a half now and I've heard nothing I did check that they took the money out of the bank for the application fee and yes it has been taking out I guess my question is am I supposed to wait till the last minute… just kind of leaves me an alert when I'm looking for a place I don't know it's just bad business I tried to call about about the application and I can't seem to get ahold of her person there's no one there so still haven't heard from anyone this is never happened before sabbatical

I am so sorry to hear of your experience at this location. I see this review is a few months old, but I wanted to make sure that your issue got resolved. Please call our main office if this matter was never resolved with either a… refund to your application fee or the completion of the screening.

Our home office can be reached at 503-644-5251. We can not guarantee that mistakes will never happen, but if they do we will work to hard to resolve the issue.

No one in management available

My disabled freind and I rode the bus to Tualatin February 1st that was a Thursday ,from Gresham just to go look at the available apts they supposedly had to rent . We go to Tualatin and I called the number that was on their website no one answered so I left a message on the VM stating I had rode the bus there and wanted to look at an apartment . I waited around for a couple hours before getting on the bus to come back to Gresham. No one ever did call me back I also called Friday the 2nd and… left a message. Today is the 3rd and still no one has called back.What a big waste of time and energy to waste on people like this who have no consideration for the people who want to rent from them . They must not care or have consideration for the people who are renting from them. Totally bad business operations. I wont even give them the benefit of a doubt. If they aren't responsible enough to return a phone call they sure aren't going to be responsible or reliable enough to manage 24 homes ,to take care of their tennats needs. They lost a future good tennant with excellent rental history and credit score .THEY'RE LOSS
