Maximum of two (2) vehicles permitted for each unit. Each unit has one designated parking space. Overflow to use unmarked spaces. No RVs or Trailers. Visitors must use street parking on SE Jetty Ave.
Maximum of two (2) pets permitted, with only one (1) being a large dog (25+ lbs). All other pets must be under 25lbs.
Additional pet rent of $50 per month per pet required. ESA/Service Exempt.
Tenant is responsible for electricity. Water/sewer is metered individually per unit and backbilled onto the tenant ledger each month. Garbage is allocated per unit and billed onto the ledger monthly.
*Disclaimer: Storage units are a separate, required fee of $70/month with each tenancy.
Application fee is $50/per person age 18 or over. If you are applying with more than one individual, all applications for all occupants must be submitted in order to be considered complete.
Disclosure: Renter’s Insurance is required to be maintained throughout tenancy for all units with a minimum of $100,000 liability coverage and Owner/Agent must be added as an Interested Party. If the Tenant(s) combined household income falls at or below the 50% of the median for the area, Renter’s Insurance may not be required.
