Everything went smoothly. The office was helpful and willing to help when needed. I had a few issues when moving in and the office put in maintenance request and it was done right away.

Arrive West Linn is a beautiful property in a great area! Very quiet too! The apartments are well kept and affordable. There are stores, shops, and parks within walking distance.

We have lived here since 2019 and love our neighborhood and the people we have met. Maintenance is always quick and friendly and we haven had a need for a lot of communication with the office since things are generally just taken care of.

Living here has been a pretty good experience overall. The building is well-maintained, and the common areas are always clean. My apartment itself is a decent size and gets a good amount of natural light, which is a big plus. The location is also super convenient for getting around town and has a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Maintenance requests have been handled pretty quickly when I've needed them. I'd say it's a solid choice for comfortable city living.
