Loving this place!!

Moved in about a month ago and couldn't be happier! Apartments are beautiful with the exposed brick and huge windows that let in lots of natural light. The office manager Lauren is nothing short of AMAZING! She is so personable and takes pride in the building and getting to know the residents along with maintenance.

Sad to be leaving

I’ve been residing here for a few years now If you asked me 6 months ago if I would suggest this place to someone I would have said no but they recently got a new manager in and she has been nothing short of amazing since she has been here. She got the bad out and brought in a lot of good. This complex has done done a complete 360 and I’m sad to be leaving.

Very Satisfied!

I recently relocated to the area. I checked out a few apartments around the area and wasn't impressed then I looked at P&P Mill and they are beautiful. From the exposed brick to the natural sunlight billowing through the windows I'm so excited to call this place home. Lauren the manager here is just amazing she got me into my apartment super fast and any issues I have had she has resolved them all faster than I have ever expected. I would recommend these apartments to anyone moving into the area… .

this one little picture of that beautiful kitchen windows unique setup and I was in awe amazing much praise to the designer lol I want one asap and was quite disappointed to find that they would run these apartments with none available for rent though I can imagine they go at high demand so gorgeous I am impressed my fiance and I work construction we also own a small rental property and I am so excited to show him the structure and affordability but I bet he will be a little upset at the obvious… no vacancy well keep us posted I am going to thank my lucky stars for sure if that text or call of an opening or showing for a newly open apartment comes in we will be possibly two of your friendly new hard working neighbors Jessica and donald thank you to whom it may concern have a blessed day
