Great Apartment except for Property Manager Jennifer
Jennifer the property manager is awful, she took over half a year to resolve a payment issue with me regularly following up via email and phone. She also seems to have trouble answering multiple questions in emails and blames it on her internet acting up and sending emails before she's done writing them. Other than that, I love this place, maintenance is great, everyone is friendly. Even with Jennifer being incompetent, the rest of the benefits of this place make it worth living here.

Disappointed From move-in in December up till now, our overall experiences with the individuals in the leasing office and maintenance have been disappointing. We needed to change units due to our first unit being unacceptably dirty on our move-in date, and the responsiveness of the front office throughout that situation was terrible. We needed to contact them and push to move things along every step of the way. The new unit is better, and we have had help from maintenance with some of the... issues, but there are still issues that have not been properly addressed such as our front door. The door won’t close properly and when it is closed all of the way it sticks and will not open at times. The weather stripping replacements have not helped the draft which increased our electric bill immensely. Someone was supposed to come yesterday, 2/14, to quote a fix for the door but no one showed up. The communication from the front office is terrible by April and the property manager, Jennifer.

bad smell in bathroom My bathroom smells like a dead skunk. Maintenance could not help me. Smell has been there going on 2 weeks
