Nickel and dimed as much as possible.

I lived here almost 4 years. Most of the day-to-day was fine but they are very strict on every fine they can get. I was late on rent once due to an issue on their website and was charged a 10% late fee. After moving out I was billed over $1000 for a partial carpet replacement and rather than contact me it was sent to debt collections immediately. I had other issues including an unsafe deck that I did not pursue after it was replaced because I had a friendly relationship with the on-site… manager but after how I've been treated post move out I wish that I had raised more of a ruckus. Cannot recommend.

Awful moving out experience! They are charging us over $5,000 to move out which is unheard of! Don’t live here.

DO NOT RENT HERE

Do not rent from this complex! They are charging us over $5,000 to move out. They will get you for every cent you have.. and not care.
