On-site Staff are Amazing!

Such a beautiful way of living at Walton Crossing. Very quiet, well maintained, with almost zero issues. Shannon and Anthony were always in touch and there when needed. Fabulous teamwork!

Safe and Wonderful community

I just wanted to thank AR Builders for 6 great years. It was with great sadness that we had to move. Most of all I wanted to especially thank Shannon who has been just wonderful. She’s a pleasure to work with and goes out of her way to help in any way she can. What a terrific representative for your company. I also might state that I never wanted for anything while I lived here. If it broke you always fixed it right away and made sure it was right. Thank you for everything.

Walton crossings

The Property manager is always on site walking the property or at her office attending our to our needs. She’s quick to reply and keeps the property looking nice. We enjoy living here , it’s a peaceful neighborhood.

Wonderful Experience

I had a wonderful experience at Walton Crossings! I lived there for 2 1/2 years and never had a problem. Maintenance was very good at fixing things ASAP and management is great! The neighborhood was quiet and secure. My neighbors were friendly. I will miss this place!!!!

just moved in March 2nd!

We love living at Walton Crossings! Our townhouse is beautiful, and everyone has been so helpful with our recent move to this neighborhood, especially Mike and Shannon! Thank you so much for all you have done for us. We love it here!!
