AWESOME PLACE

Very nice place to live. The manager Nina, she is so nice and helpful. She is always on top of everything and makes sure i am ok all the time. Ron the mainance man always fix everything fast. This is the first time living by myseld and he made sure i knew everything i needed to know about my place like something so simple as changing the air filter. Whenever i put a work order, it gets fix the same day. The community is always clean and the townhouses are so beautiful. My dog loves walking on… the little trail they have. Best part is that its a very safe pleace to live.

Excellent Service

I wrote a service request to fix our master bed room faucet and dish washer disposal this morning at 7 AM. Ron, the Maintenance Manager, came in at 9 AM and fixed both issues. Thank you very much. This is what I called - Excellent Service!!!!

Would Highly Recommend

Moved here in July 2020 and have loved it!!. Great neighborhood feel!. Love taking walks around the lake and community!. Nina, the manager, has been such a help and accommodating in every way since our initial meeting! And Ron, the maintenance man, is Awesome. He takes care of any issues in a timely fashion and always with a ??!.

Nice family residents,young and old.

Moved here this past summer,absolutely love it here.Before moving here I talked to a bunch of residents.They all loved it here,not one complaint.They all spoke highly of the manager Nina and the maintenance man Ron.I must say all of this is true.I had 2 minor issues and Nina and Ron made sure they were taken care of that same day! Would highly recommend!

Great place to live

I lived at Clinton Lake for 2 1/2 years, and had a very good experience. Nina and Ron are professional, friendly and responsive to the needs of the residents. They are good people. Also, the amenities such as the lake and the nearby bike trail make the community unique.
