College Arms Apartments

Its a shame they have raise the rent of the current residents by almost $300 with no amenities while new residents get brand new apartments for the same price while we are living in run down apartments.

It’s ok….things aren’t fixed in a timely manner….the apartments don’t hold up well, everything caulked cracks and looks terrible, calling it a fitness center is a stretch, most people have a better fitness center in their basement, the pool isn’t maintained and is barely open( and it’s supposed to be included in the rent but they won’t lower the rent if it’s closed)they bump the rent up $50 every year with nothing to show for it. They puff out their chests and say best deal around….no it’s not… going to be that way for long…they’re going to price themselves out. They think because they have a wait list to get in they can keep raising the rent. 10, 15 maybe 10 is understandable…but $50 is absurd. Read More

My husband and I have lived here since March 2015. We love it. The Property Manager Jenn is great. The maintenance staff is great. They handle your work order requests super fast. There's a pool and small gym. The laundry rooms were recently updated with new larger washers and dryers. Our neighbors are nice and we love the floor we are on. The apartments are visually appealing as well. We have never had any issues with rodents of any kind. We are moving soon but only due to relocating. I wanted… to be sure to write about our positive experience here and would highly recommend College Arms to anyone. Also free cable is included. I'm talking Verizon Fios HD channels, which is great! I love my apartment a few bumps in the road along the way but still a great place to stay. The community is great. The amenities are great. In all a great place to stay.
