This place is a dump and has been getting worse since the new property managers came in the last 18 months. Place is gross, dog poop unpicked through the property, human poop in the hallways, and management does nothing to fix it. There have even been off leash pit bulls running through the complex and the property managers response was”Oh I don’t like dogs”. DO NOT MOVE HERE

Would Not Recommend
Rodent problem, bug problem, gym equipment is old, units are never thoroughly inspected, pool is always dirty, AC units can’t keep up with hot temps, maintenance is not equipped with right supply to execute jobs, leasing office is only worried about tenants picking up dog poop. Benches are broke down, there’s never any parking but always promotes to buy a parking spot but never talks to the tenants that have 2-3 cars at a unit. Service fees are always added late to bill so you never know what... your total bill is until the end of the month. Area has hard water and units are not filtered for it.
