East norrition

I love my apartment, Grounds are wll kept. Very clean apartment is spacious. office staff very professional. My complaint i need a another washer. there has been no f/u on if it was order or about the time I will get it. Mail box key doesn't work. Made new key from the key that doesnt work. no instructions on how o use the appliance. Microwave is self explanatory. dishwasher had to lokk up on google. Never saw one like this one.. I like the convience of everythhing close by. New beginnings

Great on paper, but beware

The location is great and there is a convenience factor to the property. However, I have been dealing with multiple problems since I moved into my apartment. The trash chute is frequently broken, the hot water is off multiple times a month, packages are left in the lobby unguarded, and they have a HUGE mouse problem. One person in the office is quite rude and maintenance constantly minimizes problems and jokes around without fixing them. The property looks great on paper, but be cautious because… it is not as great as it seems (especially for the price).

Used to be good, now look elsewhere

Moved in 2018, loved it here. Now I can’t get out fast enough. Management will never respond, very bad mice infestation; think NYC before it’s sewer system??. Maintenance will never come, if it’s broke it’s yours to fix. Prices has increased exponentially, quality as decreased at the same rate. Save your money and sanity, look elsewhere!

Feels like living in the hood...

This place used to be a great place to live, recently it became absolutely terrible, extremely loud residents come to the building at 1 to 3 am yelling and shouting, music blasting, cussing, most of the time the building smells like weed, the maintenance suck if anything breaks good luck trying to reach someone to fix, management never answers, all in all every single thing about living here is horrible

Poor Building Management

The carpet it's so gross it should have been replaced years ago. The rent increase is outrageous. Water constantly being shut off due to poor building maintenance. If you want live in dirty apt this is the place for you. I can't wait to move out! I would not recommend this place.
