Residences at Bentwood

I want to start off by saying — Bentwood is truly HOME!
On 11/3/25, my brother and I stopped by just to schedule a tour, and we ended up falling in love — not only with the community but with Bobbie as well!
There’s nothing better than knowing the people who manage and care for your building genuinely love what they do, the people they work with, and the residents they serve.

The building itself offers so much — from garage parking on every floor to the theater rooms and even visitor suites. We… toured three apartments, and we loved each one. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was Bobbie and the way she made us feel at home from the very moment she greeted us at the door.

The staff (Bobbie, Tamika, Devon, Rod, and many others) are courteous, responsive, and helpful. They frequent have free events for residents such as trivia and holiday themed get-togethers which are nice for getting to know your fellow residents. The location is great as well. I’d recommend Bentwood to anyone looking for an apartment which caters to families and individuals who want a quiet, peaceful place to live.

I have lived here for about a year and a half and have had a good experience. Maintenance has always been very prompt and responsive and typically fixes an issue within a day. Management is also responsive and keeps us well informed of repairs/inspections happening within the building and organizes fun events monthly.

Bentwood is beautiful, spotless, and secure. Amazing staff—Holly, Tamika, Bobby, and Rod—make it feel like home. Great amenities, kind neighbors, and true value. I planned to stay six months; years later, I’m still here. It’s more than an apartment.
