Residences at Bentwood

Took a couple weeks to even get a tour scheduled due to a lack of responsiveness.
Once I arrived for my scheduled tour I could not get in contact with anyone and eventually just left after about 45 min.
Bobbie is a nightmare to communicate with and even sounds like she hates her job the few times I was able to talk to her.

trash room is always full and smelly
walls are paper thin
management staff is rude
packages are stolen
prices are expensive
appliances are dirt cheap
dogs are always barking

If you are looking for some type of peace and quiet then I would suggest you only rent on the 5th floor.. You may only hear the neighbors on either side and not hear what sounds like a bowling alley or marching band on top of your head.

You will have to register your dog's poop, so they can identify your dog if he poops on the property.

They conduct approximately five various mandatory inspections inside the apartment a year.

I was one of the first to move in and I have watched the building go from empty to full. I have a 2-bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the pool and recreation area, with a southern exposure. The building takes care of maintenance issue immediately and always done correctly. I was prompted to post a review because of another review that said the walls are thin and made a comment about the parking lot security door not being fixed for months. As far as the noise, it's a very quiet... apartment complex. If you happen to experience noise, it's likely due to an unruly neighbor, which the management takes very seriously and does not tolerate. Yes, there have been instances when people in apartment communities act poorly, that's everywhere; however, the Bentwood management team intervenes immediately and professionally. The indoor garage is one of the best features, especially in winter. The security door only didn't work when someone rammed into it and it needed a major repair in the middle of the pandemic. It works fine. What a silly complaint. The cost of living anywhere these days is not cheap, but the quality of amenities, appliances, parking, security, and location is worth the price. We have lived here for six months and have truly enjoyed this complex! Beautiful appliances and floor plans, quiet, nice location, and great price.
Biggest cons are the trash room (often smells down the hall, but luckily we are further from it) and I wish the dog park was turf (very poorly maintained and don’t feel safe bringing my pup).
Overall a great place to call home!
