We were looking for a beautiful, safe and affordable community with amenities that included a clubhouse, pool and fitness center. We also wanted easy access to I-78 and found all of these things here at Cedar Park community.

Cedar Park is a beautiful, well maintained and friendly community. Repairs are performed quickly and professionally. Living in this community provides a sense of safety and security. Management is helpful in assisting in the resolution of any concerns

Cedar Park Community has everything you need to feel at home while easing your access to Route 78. The staff is awesome and they do a great job of making this an excellent community to live in. Great place to call home when you work in New Jersey but don’t want to pay New Jersey prices!! Highly recommend!

I have lived in this community since July. It is in a perfect location! Easy access to 78E/W for commuting to work or play in PA or Jersey! The office staff is very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Maintenance issues are handled within a day or two and always resolved. I visited a couple of communities before choosing Cedar Park. This community has everything I was looking for. The apartments are spacious with more than enough storage space, full size washer/ dryer, new appliances,... community area with a fitness center and pool and priced within reason. It is a safe community with locked/ passcode doors for security and is well lit. All my neighbors are friendly. I would recommend this community to all.

I recently moved into Cedar Park, and I love it. My new home is impeccable. I really wanted something new and Cedar Park had exactly what I've been looking for in a new home. Also the staff is great and they keep the grounds and common areas very clean.
