No complaints at all!

No complaints at all. Peaceful and quiet. Friendly neighbors, quick maintenance. Area is getting developed into quite a hot spot.

Great apartments less than great management

RP Management recently acquired my apartment complex 100 Park at Wyomissing Square. 100 Park is a wonderful apartment complex that was managed by Bozzuto. Bozzuto went above and beyond to make the complex feel like home.

Unfortunately last week without notifying residents the complex came under new management. The new management is RP Management. Since then it's been frustrating, confusing and anger inducing.

There has been no attempt by RP to introduce themselves nor has any notification… been made of new maintenance request websites etc. The first day of the new management I was unable to get anyone in the leasing office on the phone. Also no one responded to my emails. The leasing office hours were changed without resident notification. The grills have not been cleaned and routine maintenance issues have been ignored.

On July 4th the pool was locked and the only entrance was via the bathrooms. I have repeatedly attempted to try and contact the new management company but was told I needed to fill out a webform.

Basically the new management operates without resident input or notification. I have requested that someone from the office give me a call to address these concerns but I'm less than hopeful.

The best place to live!!

I made this apt my home for 5 and a half years! The only reason I am not living there right now is due to job relocation. The apartments are beautiful! The community is gorgeous. The leasing office is so helpful and energetic. They are always looking for new and creative ways to get the community involved. The entire staff was so helpful whether it was maintainance or having heavy packages delivered to my home. I never felt like I was a bother. I appreciate them even more now that I have moved… to another location because I miss the entire staff and how helpful and how much at home they made me feel.

Little Manhattan

At first, I heard a lot of poor things about the apartments, and the reviews on most websites were poor, but I'm so glad I trusted my gut and signed the lease. I almost never hear my neighbors, and when I do its only because my apartment is completely silent. Everyone that visits thinks the apartment is gorgeous, as do I! I love the trim in every room and it's more than enough space. As for perks, I save money every month because of the on-site gym and the staff is always sweet, professional,… and helpful. And my favorite part is that you get almost a city like feel as there's dozens of shops, cafes, and bars within walking distance (plus the weekend farmers markets)! Perfect place for singles and couples that don't mind a one floor, chic, professional apartment!
