Plumbing is horrible. We had 12 service requests for sink backups and that isn’t the true number of occurrences.

Dog poop EVERYWHERE. Residents do not care to clean up after pets. Leasing office response is to send an email.

Shower isn’t a flat base, causing my girlfriend on one occasion to fall. There is a trough through the center that makes standing very awkward. Soap scum buildup happens very quickly.

Galley kitchen with no room to store anything or prep a meal. Had… to store our pans and cutting boards underneath the sink.

Will charge you for EVERYTHING when you leave. Charges hidden in the long lease that you docusign.

Leasing office is always locked or closed. Doesn’t feel like a welcoming community. Through all my plumbing issues and questions, I never stepped foot inside of the office. Read More

DO NOT LIVE HERE! If you have any self respect, do not give this establishment your money. They don't care about you. This is the absolute worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Nothing will change my mind! The neighbors are AWFUL! You can hear everything and anything that happens in anyone else's apartment. If you want to live in peace and quiet, this is not the place to get it! People will blast music and scream and not have any respect for their other neighbors. The foundation of the… apartment is terrible. The size is decent and having in unit laundry is useful. Maintenance isn't awful, but they did fail to do things they said they would do. Once brought up, as another review states, they claimed they had done it! The draining in both the sinks and bath tub are horrible! The floor is so creaky you can hear a small animal's every foot step. You hear every movement! Mold grows so easily at this place. Feels like the HVAC just spews out dust and dirt. People smoke in the building and it reeks! Every time a new resident moved in, I wanted to tell them to turn as fast as possible... but felt too bad to ruin their excitement knowing they had just signed their lease. They'll find out soon enough! There is A LOT of turn over and broken leases from what I have seen and heard. I always see people moving in and out quick! Definitely live here as a very last resort. The rent is way overpriced. Especially when you consider that many things inside the apartment are outdated. Our HVAC unit we are told is original from at least the 80's and we had it flood our second bedroom on several occasions but all they would do is bring in a fan and dehumidifier. Everything in the kitchen is very outdated as well. Snow removal in the winter is non existent so expect to do that yourself. They have recently been doing cosmetic updates but they give you at most 2-3 days… notice to rearrange your apartment to prepare for the work they are doing. When they replaced windows and doors they left a huge mess for us to clean up. They power washed in order to paint the exterior and everything in the area was left covered in giant paint chips that they did nothing about. It is apparently your responsibility to clean up after them. They also told us to remove everything from our balcony in order to paint a certain few days and those days came and went with perfect weather and no painting occurred. I have also experienced a member of maintenance staff outright lying about coming into our apartment to take care of a problem. Maintenance also comes in twice a year to change filters in the HVAC unit and check that fire alarms are still working but in over 3 years I have happened to be home almost every time and they have never once actually checked that alarms work. Beautiful brick walls in living room with accent colors walls your color of choice sliding glass doors with large balcony on second level first level has patios! Large dining rooms beautiful kitchen lots of cupboard space. Closet space everywhere for storage two bedrooms both descent sized with large master bedroom both with ample closet space medium sized bathroom with large closet with plenty of shelves and closet space beige carpets through out the apartment.
