can be better at showing apartments

They do not have washer dryer in unit even though the ad says so. Overall the property is decent and peaceful and huge. But i felt like the person who showed me the property didn’t actually want me there. Felt a bit rude. A friendlier approach would have made me apply! Its an ungated society and they are not responsible for the vehicles ( i asked about it since i saw reviews regarding car damages) . Apartment i saw was decent, but the add ons to the rent everymonth including water, electric and… other fees would really make the total to be around the same range where u can find apartments with better amenities!

Infested with big roaches even when they exterminate the roaches don’t go nowhere the bathroom builds up with mold pay too much money for it to not be updated

Love My Home!

I have been at Lynnewood Gardens for 12 years. The property is well kept. The staff beginning with Leasing to Maintenance and Resident Services are attentive to our concerns. The amenity fee covers many amenities such as the pool, gym, pet spa etc.

If you are looking for a nice, homey place to live, close to shopping and schools, this is the place.

Fake reviews

This place is way overpriced for what you are getting. There is a huge bug problem- specifically lots of house centipedes. there were roaches everywhere and the bathroom toilet keeps clogging no matter how many times the tech comes out to fix. Horrible experience overall. Don't waste your time.

Disgusting Environment

Moving out was horrible, we left due to bugs, cockroaches primarily. The exterminator said that no activity was found. However, we found dead cockroaches under the couch, cabinets, holes in our food bags like rice and pasta. which were double sealed with ziplocks.
