Middletown Trace Apartments

Lived there for 7 yrs and grounds kept nice and maintenance is on top of it.
However, the rent is ridiculous and each year it goes up to the point where your forced to leave because you can't afford it!! The mandatory fee for pool, gym is also crazy!! The office was redone and gym upgraded & tenents have to pay for it. Don't use amenities but have to pay $150 on top of the outrageous increase of rent! Don't get upgraded apartment, not worth it!!

From the very beginning management was clear that they do what they want and are not willing to work with you. When I asked for corporate information, I never received the information. Make sure you do the walk through at the end or they will find a way to charge you for things in the apartment. The entire time we had neighbors yelling at their kids and an unfortunate odor that came from the apartment below us. For the price, you can get a better deal elsewhere.

My granddaughter and I had been looking for our forever home since 2016. But no place had clicked. The neighborhood had to be just right and the schools great. Our best bet was our home town, Langhorne. We tried a few other cities. They were too expensive or just didn’t feel safe. I knew when I signed the application. A knot in my stomach said each wasn’t right for us. My father and sister had lived in Middletown Trace and raved about it. But proof this is the place for us came during… application. There had been a change in the deposit required. I couldn’t get the money from my account in time for their deadline. Karen, the property manager, reverted to the old rule and gave me the time I needed to get the rest of the money. We are so grateful she made our dream come true. Given this example of compassion, this is definitely the place for us. Not only did they make that change. They also changed the apartment we planned to move into to allow for a larger bedroom for my granddaughter. Karen and her staff did everything they could to accommodate us. We've lived here for about two years and we absolutely loved it. Maintenance is great, they're on time and considerate when they're in your home. The office ladies are great and have made time to talk with us in the past. They've addressed all of our concerns within hours as well as sit down and talk to us when needed to discuss a concern. We have to move to New Jersey so we will no longer be living here, but we would recommend them to anyone.
