Cranberry Court is a small rental community with 8 two bedroom apartments and 2 one bedroom apartments. It is a great option to live close to downtown Erie and the Bayfront Area. It is within walking distance to Frontier Park, which has jogging... trails & tennis courts as well as other nearby parks and attractions. It is in close proximity to close proximity to UPMC Hamot, Gannon University, Saint Vincent, LECOM and the downtown Erie business district. All apartments include electric central air, gas forced air heat, laundry facilities inside the apartment and come with all appliances: washer, dryer, range, refrigerator, garbage disposal, etc. All apartments include a dishwasher with the exception of the one bedroom ADA accessible apartment. All 2 bedroom apartments include 2 levels of living space (upstairs & downstairs). The one bedroom units are ranch-style (one floor) and include private concrete patios. For outdoor enjoyment, there are two, large shared rooftop decks available for use by all tenants. Pets are allowed with some restrictions with pet rent. All rental rates include water, sewer, trash, snow removal and landscaping. Tenants pay for separately metered gas, electric and desired telecommunications.
