Staff couldn't care less
Laurel Springs is right next to LECOM and good enough for your two years in Erie before rotations. However, if you encounter any problems, you can expect NO help. The only thing Laurel Springs cares about is taking as much money as they can from you. The staff are apathetic and lazy.

I was confused by the unfriendliness of the leasing agent. She couldn’t/wouldn’t? offer any useful information about the upcoming unit I was inquiring about.

Nice Apartment Complex
Very nice and clean apartment complex in well lit and secure environment.
It’s nearness to LECOM makes it very convenient for some of us who like walking to school rather than driving.
Great staff, can contact then through text message and they usually respond quickly.
I took off one star because they’ve made the rent payment process less convenient than it was before Riedman took over. I used to be able to log into the resident portal and see all my transactions and balances and due dates... .

Over rated
The Good: Look real nice. Grass and gardens kept nice. Nice curb appeal. Near LECOM.
Bad: Bathrooms very small without storage. Walls are thin: hear babies crying, neighbors conversations, bass from music. Not very well insulated causing electric heat constantly turning on and off when 40 outside. Electric bills are high. In spring when 80 outside ac constantly on and off. Winter snow removal is terrible for parking, they do not care as there have been several complaints. ... Sidewalks are icey and seldom cleaned. Not nearly enough garbage containers for size of complex with garbage laying next to containers. Priced high.
