It’s one of the few units we offer with central AC. Monthly rent is $850, and tenants are responsible for all utilities.
We do work with section 8 and other programs
Must make 3x the rent
No evictions the past 3 years
Pets allowed $250 non refundable fee then $50 per month per pet. With a 2 pet maximum. For upper units animals must be 25lbs or less.
We do require first and double security deposit.
