Powhattan

I live in the powhattan apartments and i love it here! The unit is beautiful and spacious for my family of 3. The neighbors/neighborhood is very peaceful, as is the area in itself. Most of all, Property Manager, Miss.Raquel has been such a huge help for my family and i, since moving in!

Tinicum location

We had a wonderful experience working with our property manager, Raquel. She was incredibly understanding, patient, and responsive throughout the entire application process. What had been a long and stressful search for a new home was made so much easier because of her professionalism and kindness. She kept the process moving quickly, answered all of our questions, and made us feel safe and secure every step of the way.

There were a couple of minor details that still needed attention when we… moved in, such as the missing screen door for the sliding glass door, but they were small compared to the overall positive experience. Raquel truly went above and beyond to make what could have been a difficult transition feel smooth and manageable. We are so grateful for all of her help and would highly recommend working with her!
