I recently moved into Ashbridge at Exton earlier this month and have been very impressed with the experience so far. From the moment you walk in, the mid-century industrial design of the lobby immediately stands out — it’s a beautiful, thoughtfully designed space that really sets the tone for the building. The fitness center is another highlight for me. As someone who uses the gym regularly, I appreciate how clean, well-maintained, and welcoming it feels. Although the pool isn’t open just yet,... the pool area itself looks fantastic and I’m looking forward to enjoying it soon. What has really stood out, however, is the staff. They’ve been attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful with anything I’ve needed. Any questions or concerns I’ve had have been addressed promptly.
The surrounding area, especially along Main Street, has a great vibe with plenty to enjoy nearby. Overall, it’s been a very positive move-in experience, and I’m excited to be here.

I’ve been living at Ashbridge Exton Apartments for about 7 months now, and overall it has been a great experience. The community is well-maintained, and the apartments are clean, modern, and comfortable to live in.
One of the biggest positives is the location, it’s very convenient with easy access to shopping centers, grocery stores, and major roads, which makes daily life much easier. The neighborhood also feels safe and quiet, which I really appreciate.
The management and maintenance teams... have been responsive and helpful whenever needed. Any maintenance requests I submitted were handled in a timely manner, which is a big plus.
Amenities are good and well-kept, and the overall environment of the community is peaceful and friendly
Overall, I would definitely recommend Ashbridge Exton Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live in the Exton area.
