The worst place to live. The managment and maintenance is the worst.

Look somewheres else! We didn’t have gas for 4 days, not able to shower or cook. When calling the office to ask questions on how long it would take, was told “information couldn’t be provided to me”, then was told take quick 2 minute shower. Mind you the water was extremely cold. they left a paper on the door stating it would take 24hr to be fixed, next day still no gas, they left a paper on the door stating it’s a “bigger gas leak” than what they thought, following day still no word from the… office, until an older guy came to our door stating “don’t turn stove on or hot water” that was IT. Following day SUNDAY, still no word from no one on what was going on or if it was even fixed. Sunday night we decide to check apartment to see if gas was back since no ONE had contacted us in regards to the “gas leak” being fixed, walked in to finally having gas, to this day we haven’t received no word from management to have something compensated for those 4 days with no cooking gas. REGRET MOVING HERE!!! I’ll also add when it comes to fixing things, your better off fixing it your self, they do a HORRIBLE job at fixing anything. Read More

well this is a great place to live if you like squirrels, birds and bugs (i mean colonies) EVERY WHERE in your home, or like seeing and smelling dogs business all over everyday or barking all day everyday, or love EXTREMELY noisy rude neighbors and free range uncontrollable loud kids, or like hoodlums smoking drugs or selling in front of the building, on your car and in hallway, or like neighbors and/or strangers doing laundry all hours of the night, or dont mind 2 weeks for maintenance to fix… something, lying about fixing it and never showing up at all, or like having no parking because tenants has 2-4 cars per apartment and they dont move it because they dont go to work, or like toilet always backing up into the tub (even though you havent used it), or like the pool barely opened during the summer hours are 12p-7p and thats if they dont close early or open late or at all, or like sidewalks never shoveled and icy, or like the electricity going out at least 3 times a month, or like buildings and your apartment smelling like cigarette smoke or fish. Ive voiced my concerns and complaints to the office and the emergency number since day one but each person always says to call the other but they are fast to raise the rent every year. also they dont call this the top of the hill for nothing, be prepare for your apt to be on a slant. I have nothing but great things to say about this apartment complex. From the professional and friendly girls in the office, Fernanda and Janine. To the prompt repairs when needed. Also very quiet, and friendly tenants.
