Bad experience receiving back security deposit

I am having a bad experience with the rental office staff right now. I have moved out over 30 days ago and still have not received my security deposit back, although the rental office manager signed off on my key form indicating no damages and that I am supposed to receive the refund. They have told me multiple times that the check has been sent, but I have not received it. I know it has not been sent because I have USPS Informed Delivery, which emails me a scan of every mail piece to be… delivered to my new address, and a letter from Yardley Crossing or its parent company has definitely not been attempted for delivery. I will be filing a business complaint with the Bucks County Consumer Protection office if this is not resolved soon.

Great apartments and great location

We have been living here for almost 3 years and have loved it. The apartments are renovated and spacious. We have never had any issues with the employees and any questions or concerns have always been addressed in a timely fashion. The amenities are awesome as well! Large pool, grills and picnic tables just outside of the pool area as well as a fire pit. There is a little fenced in play area for the little ones as well as a basketball court for the older kids. There is also a small gym… for the residents to use. The grounds are beautiful and there is even a little path through the woods in the back of the property that leads to the canal! They are a short walk to Main St. Yardley. Marissa and Susan in the office have both been great to deal with. I would definitely recommend to a friend!

Bait and switch

Pros:
The apartments are nicer than others in the area (updated).
The amenities are not an extra fee.
Rents are affordable.
If you have children, there are no shortage of other kids to play with.
The landscaping is nice.
Marissa (the leading agent) is the best!
Convenient location.

Cons:
They turn off the water with no warning.
Susan (property manager) is totally unresponsive to complaints.
The maintenance person never leaves a note when they've been in your apartment.
The construction… crews smoke and leave cigarette butts and debris all over the place.
The trash area is not maintained...people throw their bags all over the place. It's disgusting.
The lease is not enforced...tenants have all sorts of "violations" that the property manager doesn't do anything about. (i.e. Bikes on the walkway, things on the stoops, pit bulls, etc)

Very unpleasant place to live

this complex was ok with the old owners, the new owners have the right idea but the property manager is nasty rude and unpleasant. The company raised the rent $250 to everyone that was renewing the rent, every weekend there's somebody new moving out. This place isn't worth the money, you can't have a bbq, there's no patio, the appliance give a expensive perception but there cheap. The pool is never clean, there's only 3 grills which aren't maintained, and the firepit wasn't working. The leasing… girl is awesome and should be running this place.
