Not worth the money. The fire doors never close. The railings are falling off the walls. When you call for maintenance you can never get through to talk to someone so you almost always have to send an email. When you need paper work filled out it has to be done through email and even that’s a problem. They are raising rent $50 a year and are only fixing what they have to. No updates to the long term residents apartments but are raising our rent like we have updates. The are so cheap that they… only have one maintenance worker for four properties with multiple buildings. Stay away don’t five these owners any of your hard earned money. IBeware of moving into this apartment building . There is a tenant in the a side building that has an extensive history of calling the police constantly on other tenants for no reason She is a constant nuisance. And management will not do anything to keep you safe for you or your family .The apartment building stinks and is not well kept for the money they want every month. There is no security with there doors anyone can come to your door uninvited.

Not to happy with this complex. We've been living here for many years and we have had nothing but issues. Great neighborhood, but the neighbors in the building that this complex is allowing to move in are nothing but pot heads. Constantly smelling pot throughout both buildings and management has done nothing about this. They decided after many years of living here to make you pay monthly to park in any of the spots. Now we either pay 25$ a month to park in the parking lot, or 60$ a year to park… on the street. This is on top of the always increasing rent. Washers and dryers are constantly breaking and takes management over 2 months to come fix the problems. 2 bedrooms are really really small and not all of them have decent size closets or dishwashers. Our queen bed barely fits in the one room. Living rooms shouldn't even be considered a living room due to how tiny. A couch is all you can fit and even then, its too crowded. The kitchen is extremely tiny and does not have much cabinet space and some of the cabinets are behind the sink in a corner too far to reach. Hallways are always dirty and maintenance only comes out to clean when they are preparing to show an apartment. This could be months in between. Calling about a problem is like pulling teeth, takes them months to fix issues. Wish we could move, but cant save up due to rent always increasing and being on a limited income.
