2.) Photo ID is required when submitting an application.

4.) Be prepared to provide residency history for the last 7 years including property address, property owner name and contact information, etc.
5.) A confirmation call is required the morning of the appointment by a specified time.

Peaceful!

Lived here for the past 2 years and have 0 complaints, the management team is so kind, never had any sound issues between apartments either I never hear my neighbors (on the third floor). Rent is affordable and the units are great and spacious. There is always parking. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

You'll need earplugs if you like sleep

Extremely loud. Unless you get a fourth (top) floor unit, do NOT rent here. Neighbors' footsteps and conversations are clearly heard through the walls and ceiling.

AWFUL

Lived here for a year there was awful management, never came and fixed anything. There was mold growing in the one bedroom all along the window and walls and would be freezing. These people just want their money. I’ve paid my rent on time every month and they couldn’t even come and fix anything or take care of the mold, so we couldn’t even use the one bedroom. Also, if the landlord did come they would just let themselves in and leave after 5 minutes. I could not wait to get out of there

Pretty horrible

To sad tart, the hallways constantly reeked of either smoke or weed. Drug deals going on regularly. Our ceiling collapsed not once but twice and there was mold growing in the ceiling and all around the windows. Could not use one bedroom for countless months and continued to have to pay full rent. Parking lot is atrocious in the winter, sheet of ice! Not central air. Air conditioning only in living room. Noisy neighbors. Managment is horrible. They just want their money!

Great value and great service

This was a great place for me and my wife to live for almost 2 years. We had a quality unit in good condition and it was at a very affordable price. Also, the owners are very quality people who provided great service. They are also always looking to update the building and it's units. Location was also good and parking is free!
