The Best in Harrisburg

Big Ups to Linda and Betsy for the wonderful job they are doing at the leasing office, these two ladies are family oriented and they are good on there jobs. This complex is very accommodating and the maintenance are always on point whenever you submit your work order. So far so good the experience has been second to none.

Linda and Betsy are the best!!!

These ladies are amazing at consulting and assisting with becoming a part of their wonderful townhomes. Linda is the leasing professional and Betsy is the property manager. The experience of talking to these ladies has been so appreciated and their professionalism and kindness is rarity these days considering the circumstances of the events of this year. My fiance and I are so excited to be a part of this lovely community and it's thanks to these for their consistency and just basically being… down to earth.

Amazing!!

I had a wonderful experience from the start. Linda is so sweet and really helpful. She really worked around my work schedule to get me in. I personally have never dealt with such a genuine and family orientated leasing office. I love my townhome n the area is awesome. I feel at home, safe and my teens LOVE IT!!! Thank u Linda for being so awesome n helpful!! ????

Great homes in a safe area

We just moved out after living here for two years, to purchase our dream home in a nearby township. Sunpointe Townhomes was a great place for us to start. The townhouse we had was very well maintained and provided a perfect amount of space for us. The maintenance and leasing staff is very friendly and responsive and always happy to help. The complex offers a free fitness area in the field house, and two fenced in dog parks on premises, (it's also a dog friendly complex) which are both benefits… that we took advantage of. The residents in the complex all seem to be very friendly, and the neighborhood is extremely safe (noticed zero incidents in the two years we lived here). While moving out, the leasing and maintenance staff was extremely helpful and accommodating to us as well. Would absolutely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live, weather short term or long term!

Townhome

Our town-home is beautiful and we live in a very safe area. We love living here but could use extra help to get on our feet. I had ovarian cancer and got very far behind with the bills. This would help us keep our beautiful home.
