Love this place!

I’ve lived here for a little over 2 years. They are about the only place in Lancaster that rents to me with two pit bulls. The management team has never steered me wrong. They work with me on every level. The maintenance gets stuff done in such a timely manner. I absolutely love living here and plan to be here for a while!

NICE PLACE TO LIVE

Apartments are truly beautiful inside. Bedrooms are huge as well as bathrooms. Tons of closet space. Although I love a nice size bedroom and bathroom, it takes away from the living space. With that said, the living space could definitely be bigger. I love animals but I don't agree with letting larger dogs live in apartments, I definitely believe there should be a weight limit which Hawthorne obviously doesn't have for I see and hear larger dogs but to each their own on that subject. As far as… amenities go, don't expect much at Hawthorne Gardens, we have a small gym and a small club house. For the money they charge in rent it would be nice if more amenities were available, if anything, at least a swimming pool. All in all, like any place Hawthorne has its positives and its negatives but at the end of the day, it's a beautiful apartment.

Hawthorne Gardens

Great place, been here two years. Newly built apartment complex. Maintience is great. I had a problem with my AC during the hottest week this summer- while the parts were being ordered/delivered they gave me a window unit to cool down my place for two days so I wasn't dying in the heat. Didn't even have to ask. Quiet neighborhood. Neighbors can be loud at times but overall decent. whenever there are issues with residents the staff take care of it right away. They are accommodating to everyone's… needs. I'm signing up for another year!
